Area Sales Manager || Lending
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers, increasing market share, and expanding existing relationships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.

- 7-12 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in lending industry (business loans).
