Your Role
You will be responsible for driving sales growth of Electrolux appliances and achieve sales targets within kitchen studios for assigned customers in the designated region.
What you’ll do
Continuously analyzing the potential and targets of assigned customers.
Adapting Electrolux sales targets and marketing activities to assigned customers.
Negotiating contractual terms with each customer to establish a foundation for long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation.
Setting sales targets with each customer and conducting detailed evaluations over a given period.
Ensuring the availability of individual product models at customers’ points of sale.
Monitoring customer inventory levels and checking for unfulfilled orders.
Cooperating with credit management to ensure timely payments from customers.
Planning promotional activities in line with the sales team’s plans and policies, including channel management.
Supporting and coordinating all marketing and promotional activities.
Monitoring product assortment and share of shelf/display presence in stores.
Organizing product training for customers in cooperation with the marketing department, including on-site training at customer locations.
Providing comprehensive informational support to assigned customers.
Supporting customers in handling pre-sales complaints and facilitating communication between the customer and Electrolux service.
Monitoring competitor activities in terms of sales, product assortment, and marketing initiatives.
Who you are
Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience in a complex environment, managing sales towards regional retail partners, preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry
Business or related education is an advantage
Previous experience with driving changes in sales practices
Ability to build relationships and collaborate both within and outside the organization
Strong team player
Valid Category B driving license
Czech or Slovak is essential; communicative level of English is an advantage
Highly Motivated, positive attitude and work ethic desired

Salary: Gross salary starting from 2 000 EUR / monthly., depending on experience.
