Key Responsibilities

Corporate Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of SMEs, large enterprises, and startups.
  • Drive long-term leasing and bulk booking contracts.
  • Pitch customized accommodation solutions to HR, Admin, and Procurement teams.

Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Own monthly and quarterly corporate revenue targets.
  • Ensure repeat business and account expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms aligned with profitability goals.

Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with corporate clients.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor offerings and pricing models.
  • Identify high-growth corporate clusters and business hubs.
  • Align with supply and revenue teams to ensure inventory availability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Revenue teams for pricing and contract structuring.
  • Support marketing initiatives for corporate campaigns.
