Key Responsibilities
Corporate Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of SMEs, large enterprises, and startups.
- Drive long-term leasing and bulk booking contracts.
- Pitch customized accommodation solutions to HR, Admin, and Procurement teams.
Revenue & Target Ownership
- Own monthly and quarterly corporate revenue targets.
- Ensure repeat business and account expansion.
- Negotiate commercial terms aligned with profitability goals.
Account Management
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Resolve escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with corporate clients.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor offerings and pricing models.
- Identify high-growth corporate clusters and business hubs.
- Align with supply and revenue teams to ensure inventory availability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Coordinate with Revenue teams for pricing and contract structuring.
- Support marketing initiatives for corporate campaigns.
