Area Commercial Manager (SOZO)
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic leader to join our team as an Area Commercial Manager. This role will supervise all Clinic Sales Managers to drive sales growth and execute clinic-level initiatives, while ensuring premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management

Guide Clinic Sales Managers in handling VIP and priority clients.

Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.

Ensure treatments/products are well matched to client needs and preferences.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
-
Oversee sales target achievement across clinics, with strong focus on premium packages and services.

Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.

Ensure smooth end-to-end client journey from inquiry to conversion.

Lead and monitor execution of sales initiatives at clinic level (hyperlocal campaigns, referrals, deposits, etc.).
3. Customer Experience & Retention

Guarantee luxury-standard service delivery in all clinics.

Support Clinic Sales Managers in handling escalated complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Ensure each clinic maintains a premium and welcoming atmosphere.
4. Administrative Duties

Monitor and maintain SPC working files.

Track and report sales performance and client feedback.

Ensure follow-ups and scheduling are timely and accurate.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).

Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in sales or client service, with strong preference for candidates from beauty clinic, wellness, or aesthetic industry.

Experienced in managing premium clients and supervising sales teams.
Skills & Competencies

Proven sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Professional grooming with confident, pleasant demeanor.

Familiarity with skincare, beauty, or aesthetic treatments is a strong advantage.

Comfortable using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
