AR / Finance Operations (Associate / Sr. Associate / Lead)

Reporting To: Team Leader / Associate Manager
Job Summary:
We are hiring AR / Finance Operations professionals across levels (Associate / Sr. Associate / Lead) with experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, Collections, and Payroll (for Sr. Associate). The role involves managing end-to-end AR processes, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply customer payments and perform AR reconciliations in ERP systems
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
- Handle customer queries related to payments and billing
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare reports on AR, collections, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Ops, Sales) for issue resolution
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence
- Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs
Additional for Sr. Associate:
- Handle payroll processing, employee queries, and compliance
- Maintain payroll records and support audits
Additional for Lead:
- Manage escalations, lead collections, and guide junior team members
- Provide insights, reporting, and drive process excellence initiatives
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with ERP tools (Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good communication & stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Target-driven with SLA/KPI focus
Experience:
- Associate: 13 Years
- Sr. Associate: 3–6 Years (AR + Payroll exposure preferred)
- Lead: 6–9 Years (AR + Team handling / SME experience)
Qualification:
- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Additional Requirements:
- BPO/Shared Services experience preferred
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Strong team player with problem-solving mindset
