Job Description Summary

The AR Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely generation of receivables invoices and billings. This role is a key member of the Finance team within the PSC, ensuring that all corporate invoices are raised promptly and that related receivables are processed within agreed deadlines and in full compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Generate accurate receivables invoices and billings to ensure timely and compliant revenue recognition
  • Prepare corporate invoices based on manual invoice requests from business units using Excel forms and Property One
  • Manage contract billing for recurring fees in accordance with agreed terms and schedules
  • Produce and submit AR reports for review by the AR Manager and distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Respond promptly to internal and external AR inquiries, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or a similar finance role
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, invoicing, contract billing, and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Excel and experience using billing, property management, or accounting systems (e.g., Property One or similar)
  • Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills, able to manage deadlines and respond effectively to internal and external inquiries
