WHY WE NEED YOU?

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Supply Chain team to support production activities and ensure efficient procurement and stock management processes.

Your mission will be to manage procurement operations and optimize supply chain processes in order to improve delivery performance and ensure component availability across our datacenters.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will be part of a team of 2 people. The team is responsible for managing procurement for production and spare parts, as well as leading Supply Chain improvement projects (KPI monitoring, ERP optimization). You will work closely with a Supply Chain Coordinator and interact regularly with cross-functional teams such as Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Hardware, Finance, and Accounting.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  • Manage purchase orders and update delivery dates in the ERP

  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm and secure delivery timelines

  • Replenish spare parts stocks in datacenters

  • Monitor and update monthly KPIs related to supply chain performance

  • Contribute to stock analysis and optimization

  • Update ERP Supply Chain master data

  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and update master data in our ERP

  • Participate in improving On-Time Delivery performance

  • Support the documentation and writing of supply chain procedures

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS

  • Academic background (Master’s degree level) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

  • First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in procurement or supply chain, preferably in an industrial or technical environment

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)

  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis

  • Familiarity with KPI monitoring and stock analysis

  • Professional English (written)

SOFTSKILLS

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • High level of rigor and attention to detail

  • Proactive and dynamic attitude

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders
