The projects we deliver create hundreds of jobs a year for people at the start of their careers in construction. We work closely with our supply chain to ensure our projects benefit the communities where we operate through apprenticeships and traineeships.
Programme Structure
We have an industry leading programme where you will rotate through the main construction disciplines, to ensure that you gain valuable experience at each part of the project delivery process. You will spend time in a number of
different construction disciplines during the course of your apprenticeship, such as:
- Commercial
- Design
- Site Supervision
- Health & Safety
- Planning
- Package Management
In addition, you will be given the opportunity to work on multiple iconic London construction projects throughout the course of your programme. While working through your rotations, you are also a key member of the project team with important responsibilities.
