Apprentice - PSA Project Setup
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive intern to assist in setting up and maintaining project records in our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system. This role is ideal for someone interested in project administration and resource management systems.
- Support the creation of new projects in the PSA system, including entering key details such as budgets, timelines, billing and revenue recognition milestones etc.
- Verify project data for accuracy and completeness against the source documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance teams to collect required setup information.
- Assist in updating project milestones, billing rules, and status in the system.
- Help with regular quality checks and identify areas for process improvement.
- Produce basic reports from the PSA tool for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree or Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in learning project management tools and workflows (training provided).
- Gain hands-on experience with PSA tools in a business setting.
- Understand project lifecycle fundamentals and administrative requirements.
- Develop skills in cross-functional collaboration and process quality control.
