Application process
To help you navigate our application process, we’ve provided some helpful information and tips below.
We are aware of fraud involving individuals posing as GSK recruiters, asking for personal information and fees for job offers or recruitment services. GSK never asks candidates to pay fees during the recruitment process. Legitimate job offers from GSK or agencies do not require any payments. Do not share personal or financial details with unknown parties.

Online application
Our application form does not take long to complete. We will ask you to add details about your studies and confirm your eligibility to work in the market where your chosen programme is based. You will have the opportunity to upload your CV. Cover letters are not required for submission; however, applicants who do wish to include one may do so when submitting their online application.
Be accurate
Make sure you meet the criteria for the role you are applying for. If the basic role qualifications are not met, you may receive an automatic response declining your application.
GSK digital assessment
In most countries you will be asked to complete our GSK Digital Assessment.
The GSK Digital Assessment will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills through engaging exercises, while providing us with insights into your unique approach to work.
This will help us better understand how your strengths, behaviors, and skills align with the role and the positive impact you could bring to our team. Depending on the role, you might also be asked to complete a video interview.
Don’t worry, you do not need to have any prior knowledge of GSK, or the healthcare sector to succeed at any stage of the application. We believe in providing equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of their background or experience.
Please note: If you do not receive an automated email with the link to your GSK Digital Assessment after submitting your application, be sure to check your spam folder.
Be timely
You will receive an email inviting you to complete the GSK Digital Assessment after submitting your application. Remember you only have seven days to complete it. Do not leave it too late.
Be aware that part of this assessment is timed, so be sure to manage your time effectively as you work through each task. Don't worry if you are unable to complete all the questions of the timed assessment within the time limit. We will still be able to consider your results.
Please note: If you do not receive an automated email with the link to the GSK Digital Assessment straight after submitting your application, be sure to check your spam folder.
Be prepared
Have a pen, paper, and calculator to hand. You may want to take notes, and for some questions you might need to interpret numerical data and complete calculations.
Check your internet
Make sure your internet connection is reliable before starting the assessment.
Take care
Read the instructions carefully and complete the assessment in a quiet room with no distractions. We suggest you do so at the time of day you feel most energised.
AI usage guidance
At GSK, we believe in the ethical and effective use of AI tools to enhance your job application process. We encourage candidates to follow these guidelines to ensure a successful and authentic application experience:
- Use Gen AI to help you structure your responses or application documents, check your language and clarity, and use it as a preparation tool.
- Don’t use Gen AI to replace your original thoughts, to complete assessments designed to evaluate your personality and natural abilities, or to assist you in a live interview/assessment centre, as it impacts your authenticity and engagement, preventing us from seeing the “real” you.
