- First meeting by video call, second in person. Depending on the job, these could be followed by further meetings and steps in the selection process.
- While talking, we will find about together if we are a fit and you have the chance to ask all of your questions.
- In order to get to know you better, we would like to know about your skills and personal strengths.
- At the same time, we want to give you a transparent insight – into the position, the tasks and the team you will work with.

A good start
Before your first day, you receive all of the relevant information, your technical set-up and an initial orientation so that you are ready to get started.
Your buddy
Your buddy supports you during the first few weeks, helps with any questions and assists you in quickly forging contacts in the organisation.
Welcome Workshop
Our interactive Welcome Workshop is the perfect opportunity to meet new colleagues, discover our corporate culture and learn about our business model – in a way that is clear and easy to understand, even for non-bankers.
