What you´ll do Provide technical guidance and Henkel product recommendations for fenestration, sidewall, roofing, and building envelope applications. Support lab and field projects through testing, performance validation, and new application test method development. Partner with sales, product development, and marketing to resolve customer technical issues. Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications. Deliver technical reports, presentations, and guidance on product performance and capabilities. Create and maintain installation manuals, guidelines, and technical documentation. Provide technical support on product implementation, performance issues, building science, and code requirements. Deliver training programs—including AIA‑accredited sessions—to architects, contractors, distributors, and industry partners.
