Application Engineer (m/w/d)

🎯 Your Role

As an Application Engineer, you sit at the crossroads of engineering, product development and digitalization.

You are responsible for the technical implementation of new products into internal software tools, enabling efficient and accurate commercial offers across the organization.

You act as a key technical reference, ensuring that our configurators and tools reflect the latest product developments and performance standards.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing product configurators
• Integrate new product developments into internal tools
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering teams
• Manage and ensure consistency of product master data
• Analyze and improve tool performance and functionality
• Coordinate technical updates and evolutions
• Support internal stakeholders as a technical advisor
• Develop new configurators with external partners
• Deliver trainings to end-users

🛠️ Your Profile

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanics or equivalent)

Experience & Skills

• Experience in application management / maintenance
• Strong affinity with IT systems and digital tools
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SQL Server and/or C# is a plus

Soft Skills

• Analytical and solution-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomous yet team-oriented
• Structured, accurate, and accountable
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Languages

• Dutch + English + French (mandatory)
• German is a plus
