  • Coordinate, manage, and execute proactive and reactive maintenance activities requiring higher support levels.
  • Conduct impact analysis and provide support for change introduction.
  • Investigate, debug, reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes for continued operability.
  • Contribute to meeting SLAs and KPIs for customers.
  • Handle calls/bridges for ongoing issues and update stakeholders on progress, analysis, and resolution.
  • Participate in shift rosters to cover operational needs.
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Software Engineering or a similar field is required.
  • Solid Linux/Unix handling knowledge and scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible) are essential.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Grafana and Elastic search is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform standard configurational changes and regular application upgrades using SOP/MOP.
  • Oracle database experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability from Mobile Commerce, online banking, or the IT area of the financial sector is preferred.
  • ITIL processes knowledge is a plus.
  • Background in service operations (problem, event, incident management) and service transition (change and knowledge management) is desirable.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills are expected.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent active listening skills are required.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills are needed.
  • Must be a team player and able to collaborate collaboratively with others.
