Application Engineer
About the Role:
The Demo Application Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our SaaS platform's demo environments, working closely with the Technical Sales team to provide flawless demonstrations that showcase our product's capabilities and win customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot demo applications and environments using Visual Studio, Python, PowerShell, ASP, HTML5, JavaScript, and PowerShell
- Integrate demo applications with existing infrastructure and ensure seamless data flow
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to design and implement solutions for demo environments
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in demo environments
- Create and maintain clear documentation for demo applications and procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to the Technical Sales team during demonstrations
- Collaborate with product development to understand new features and incorporate them into demos
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in application development

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in application development and support
- Strong proficiency in Visual Studio, Python, PowerShell, ASP, HTML5, JavaScript, and PowerShell
- Experience working with SaaS-based applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new skills
