This role, part of our Professional Services Center of Excellence in Krakow, Poland, will ensure that we seek to understand and document our customers clinical needs and translate them into safe, efficient workflows with our products and solutions.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Analyzing, designing, and optimizing clinical workflows within Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Cardiology Information Systems (CVIS) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborating with clinicians and IT stakeholders to design, document and translate user needs into functional specifications for application configuration, upgrades, and testing, e.g., hanging protocols, DICOM routing.
Assisting in monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting imaging systems.
Ensuring accuracy, security and integrity of patient image and reporting data, compliantly.
Facilitating integration of imaging applications with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless data flow and improve clinical decision-making.
Seeking to become trusted advisors to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, radiology, cardiology, digital pathology or equivalent.
Relevant experience in relevant imaging informatics solutions.
Experience with EHR/EMR systems such as those from Epic, Cerner, or clinical middleware.
Proven experience in human factors, user experience-led design, and design thinking workshops.
Clinical certifications or experience with a background in healthcare operations a big plus.
Experience with preferably, cloud-native solutions for radiology and cardiology is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross functionally with support analysts, application engineers, and cloud operations team members.
Attention to detail, concern for quality, good process, documentation, and SOP adherence discipline.
Fluent English.

Pay Range
For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:166,400.00PLN-228,800.00PLNPlacement within this range depends on:
