Application Consultant-Azure Cloud
As an Application Consultant/Azure Engineer, you will specialize in advising clients on application development methodologies and tools, focusing on Azure-based applications. You will collaborate with senior-level resources to execute projects, involving designing, building, and maintaining cloud environments. Your primary responsibilities will include: Design Cloud Environments: Collaborate with senior-level resources to design, build, and maintain cloud environments for clients, ensuring alignment with their application development methodologies and tools. Implement Monitoring Solutions: Implement monitoring solutions such as Operations Management Suite (OMS) and Application Insights to ensure uptime, access, control, and network security. Manage Configurations: Manage configurations using Desired State Configuration (DSC), Chef, or Puppet to automate and maintain cloud environments. Ensure Security and Uptime: Ensure uptime, access, control, and network security through automation and configuration management tools. Deliver Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions that meet their application development needs, leveraging expertise in Azure-based applications.

Preferred technical and professional experience
Cloud Security Knowledge: Exposure to cloud security best practices, compliance, and risk management is beneficial for this role. DevOps Practices: Experience working with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), is advantageous. Scripting Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python, can be helpful in automating tasks and workflows.
