Customer Representative & Compliance - In charge
Number of Direct Reports (Solid Line) : 1 Number of Direct Reports (Dotted Line) : NA Number of Outsourced Reports : NA Purpose of the Job : Ensure the Deployment of Customer Specific requirements Compliance to COP testings. Major Responsibilities : Deployment of OEM customers (MSIL, M M, TATA, etc) specific requirements. Customer complaints handling initiate customer specific approach/8D/A3 etc. for resolution. OEM Audits handling Coordination with relevant stakeholders for closures. Coordinate with customer for PPAP submission of new project PSW submission. Compliance with Statutory and regulatory requirement. Ensure renewal of all regulatory certificates on time. Ensure Conformity of Production as per BIS other regulations. Skills : Relevant Experience : 5 – 7 Years. Education Qualification(s) : B.E./B.Tech
