Purpose of the Job : Responsible for Industrialization of New Product/Process/Raw material meeting the technical requirements in Curing. Manufacturing feasibility and Scrap as per organization norms. Organization Co-ordinate Process/Product improvement projects in Curing and extend support in process troubleshooting. Major Responsibilities : Establishment and Validation of Curing parameters, Cure cycle and Bladder selection for NPI Sizes. New supplier evaluation on indirect material - Bladder/Lube. Feasibility study in curing process. Establishment and Handover of new process/Machine with appropriate risk analysis and action plan. Support in Curing Process troubleshooting and Improvement. Participate in incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions. Skills : Knowledge on Tyre curing process. Knowledge on Rubber Technology. Knowledge on Tyre engineering. Knowledge on MS Office. Communication skills. Analytic and Interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills. Exposure to SAP. Knowledge on QC tools. Knowledge on POSH. Relevant Experience : 6 - 8 Years Education Qualification(s) : B.E/ B.Tech Mech/ Rubber Technology/ Polymer Technology
