As an Assistant to Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing our properties.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars.

    • Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls (enquiry).

    • Organizing and maintaining files and records.

    • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

    • Data entry and management.

    • Accounting

  • Operational Assistance:

    • Assisting with project coordination and tracking.

    • Supporting sales and marketing efforts.

    • Processing orders and invoices.

    • Managing office supplies and equipment.

    • Coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Client Support:

    • Providing customer service and responding to inquiries.

    • Maintaining client databases.

    • Assisting with client meetings and presentations.

  • General Office Support:

    • Ensuring the office runs efficiently.

    • Assisting with general office tasks.
