Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible to drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues. Additionally, this role is responsible for Expense administration, including the expense platform & file integration.Job Description
About the Role:
- Manage contract administration and invoice processing to ensure efficient and accurate Accounts Payable operations within the Finance Service Centre
- Perform financial coding of preventative maintenance and reactive invoices from subcontractors
- Handle and resolve Accounts Payable queries in a timely and professional manner
- Administer employee expenses and corporate credit cards, including batch review and posting
- Prepare expense and corporate credit card reports to support financial oversight and compliance
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or finance shared services
- Working knowledge of AP processes, financial coding, expense management, and corporate credit card administration
- Proficiency in finance systems and expense platforms, with strong skills in Excel and data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills to manage queries, meet deadlines, and resolve issues efficiently
