AP and AR Manager
A leading, nationally recognized food & beverage company is seeking an experienced AP & AR Manager to own and elevate the full-cycle payables and receivables functions at their Torrance headquarters.
This is a high-impact, fully onsite leadership role within a complex, high-volume CPG environment. You’ll oversee daily transactional operations, strengthen internal controls, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely cash flow and vendor management.

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Torrance, CA
Salary: up to 110k in base DOE + 10% Bonus + benefits
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
- Manage and mentor a team in a high-volume, fast-paced CPG environment
- Oversee cash application, deductions, chargebacks, collections, and vendor payments
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Partner with Sales on trade spend, deductions, and customer account reconciliations
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization
- Support month-end close, reporting, and working capital management
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of progressive AP/AR experience, including team leadership
- Background in CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution strongly preferred
- Experience managing customer deductions, retailer chargebacks, and trade spend
- Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable in a hands-on leadership role
- Must be willing to work fully onsite in Torrance, CA
