Maintain and validate warehouse KPI dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Continuously improve report formats, automation, and clarity to enhance business visibility and decision-making.
Support audit preparation through accurate documentation and reporting.
Safety & Compliance Administration
Support the warehouse leadership team in maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

Assist with purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and general operational paperwork.

Identify process gaps or recurring issues impacting inventory integrity.
Partner with warehouse supervisors to resolve system-related discrepancies efficiently.

Act as a key administrative liaison between Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, and Quality teams.
Provide timely and accurate information to support operational decision-making.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting, reduce manual processes, and improve administrative workflows.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
