Joining our Product Technology Radar team means shaping the development of an extensive range of radar antennas. As a part of our team, you will develop cutting-edge radar antennas for automotive radar sensors. Your impact will be seen on roads worldwide. You will work in a highly skilled, international team, combining creativity and technical excellence to push the boundaries of radar technology.

Your tasks include the following responsibilities:

  • Defining the technology roadmap for 77 GHz automotive radar antennas and waveguide-based solutions
  • Architect next‑generation radar antenna systems, including array concepts, feeding structures, and integration strategies
  • Leading innovation in antenna-to-chip interfaces, advanced plastic molding solutions, and high‑precision metallization technologies
  • Establishing measurement methodologies and ensuring correlation between simulation, prototype, and serial production performance
  • Steering strategic collaboration with suppliers and manufacturing sites to enable scalable, cost‑optimized antenna production
  • Evaluating manufacturability, tolerance chains, and long‑term reliability to ensure readiness for high-volume automotive production
  • Providing expert guidance for industrialization and production ramp-up of complex radar antenna systems
  • Serving as technical authority in design reviews, customer discussions, and cross-functional decision boards
  • Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering with strong focus on high‑frequency engineering, microwaves, or telecommunications, or comparable qualification
  • Long-term and proven expertise in complex antenna systems and automotive radar technology (77 GHz)
  • Extensive professional experience in antenna development for mmWave and radar products
  • Deep proficiency in RF design and EM simulation tools (ADS, MWO, CST, FEKO, HFSS) as well as analysis tools (MATLAB)
  • Strong expertise in RF measurement techniques and serial production of plastic-molded waveguide antenna technologies
  • Demonstrated project management experience in R&D or product development environments
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
