Your Impact
You will help Newmont make better, faster supply chain decisions by consolidating, reporting, and analyzing sourcing and procurement performance—bringing visibility to trends, risks, opportunities, and budget variances for internal and external stakeholders.
As part of our team, you will
• Analyze sourcing and procurement data and performance, highlighting variances vs. budget
• Support insights for sourcing, procurement, and cost control reporting
• Assist forecasting processes by collating and reconciling data for reporting
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports focused on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor KPIs and metrics that reflect supply chain health
• Build clear presentations to communicate results and recommendations
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support improvement projects to increase efficiency and accuracy
Prerequisites for your success in this role
Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas
Working knowledge of GAAP, accounting/purchasing processes, and record-to-report (Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable)
Competent proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Supply Chain and Ariba)
Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools
Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and clearly explain data and trends
Experience creating reports and presentations using data management/reporting tools
Collaborative mindset: listens, clarifies, asks questions, gives/receives feedback, and improves ways of working
