Analyst Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Analysis data exp. Productivity, cost, KPI, improvement to improve operation team
- To closely work with Operation Managers to ensure the contractual KPI and customer satisfaction are improved or maintained.
- Studying the project and operations under Supervisory to contribute the cost reduction and the operations improvement by suggestion the best comment via his / her experience of involvement on all departments to provide an organization view
- To take responsibility the project progress to be achieved timeline and deliverables. And initiate corrective action where necessary.
- To ensure all periodically or occasionally report are completed, qualified and on time submitted.
- Assist Supervisory to come up with all media of communication.
- To achieve the necessary results, the job holder has to initiative and enough autonomy to take timely decisions. He has to use a wide range of communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and logistics management software.
- Understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)) are a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good communication in Thai and able to communicate in English.
