About this Position The Position aims to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and profitable plant operations by planning, monitoring, and analyzing production costs, performance, and resources. Track and control manufacturing costs Support management decisions with accurate financial and operational insights. What you´ll do Monitor operational KPIs Prepare cost reports and variance analysis Support budgeting and forecasting cycles Collaborate closely with production teams, support system readiness for ongoing expansion, follow up closely with plant teams on open actions for cost reduction projects. Ensure compliance with controlling standards Identify and analyze cost drivers and efficiency metrics Maintain controlling tools and dashboards Coordinate with finance and controlling units Advise on cost optimization strategies Align reporting with business objectives and support audit and compliance activities Improve reporting processes and systems Document controlling procedures
