Analyst, Infrastructure Observability
Job Purpose

This role will be part of a team of information technology professionals responsible for monitoring a global network infrastructure including offices and internet data centers. This position requires technical proficiency as well as an eager attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support a global log management and monitoring infrastructure
- Investigate network and application anomalies using logs, alarms, APM solutions, TCP/IP traces, and captures
- Document changes and author documentation on monitoring standards and practices
- Design monitoring requirements in coordination with development and operations
- Implement and support monitoring solutions across multiple datacenters
- Serve as a point of contact for monitoring across the enterprise
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CIS, engineering, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of Linux, Python, Perl, Java scripting languages
- Administration experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or another APM solution
- Certification in Splunk, ELK, or another logs tool
- Strong data analysis skills and competence in MS Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects

- Change auditing and configuration management
