Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, cross-sell, and deepen customer relationships
- Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of processes and initiatives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their professional development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proficient in using banking systems and technology to support operations and decision-making
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
