About the Department
Our Investment Risk & Performance team ensures accurate portfolio analysis and reporting that supports informed decision-making across the organization. We collaborate with risk managers, investment analysts, and compliance teams to deliver insights that drive performance and manage risk effectively. How You Will Add Value
- You will review portfolio performance and risk data for accuracy.
- You will validate data and resolve exceptions to improve reporting quality.
- You will provide clear commentary on performance and risk metrics.
- You will identify and resolve complex data issues impacting reports.
- You will ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and systems.
- You will create and run custom reports and queries.
- You will review accounts for compliance with GIPS and firm policies.
- You will manage client requests and provide risk consulting services.
- You will respond to performance and risk inquiries promptly.
- You will prepare reports to meet regulatory and client standards.
- You will lead projects and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience & Education
- 4+ years in financial services or mutual funds.
- Strong background in investment risk and performance management.
- Bachelors degree in finance, math, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Progress toward CFA, FRM, or CIPM is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in FactSet and attribution tools.
- Advanced Excel; intermediate Access.
- Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or PowerBI.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
