Dow tiene una oportunidad para Analista técnico(a) de Laboratorio, ubicado en nuestra planta Queretaro (Mexico).

Sobre ti y este puesto:

Tu realizará y coordinará la ejecución de análisis de propiedades fisicoquímicas y evaluación de resultados para asegurar la calidad de las materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminado de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad y con las políticas y procedimientos del corporativos y del negocio. Irá asegurar el correcto funcionamiento y desempeño de los sistemas analíticos y la ejecución adecuada de los métodos analíticos de acuerdo con los lineamientos del negocio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Análisis de propiedades fisicoquímicas de producto terminado.

  • Evaluación de resultados de análisis de producto terminado, producto en proceso y materias primas para la toma de decisiones.

  • Análisis de muestras no rutinarias (soporte a Producción, quejas de clientes, revalidaciones, soporte a Laboratorio de Aplicaciones) y reporte de resultados a clientes internos.

  • Realizar calibraciones básicas y mantenimiento preventivo de primera línea a equipos analíticos.

  • Resolución de problemas técnicos en equipos y métodos analíticos.

  • Uso de programas estadísticos para el monitoreo del desempeño de equipos analíticos.

  • Proporcionar entrenamiento técnico y asesoría a Operadores de Producción y Analistas menos experimentados. 

  • Actualización y/o implementación de métodos analíticos corporativos.

  • Coordinación de actividades de los Técnicos Analistas Asociados

Educación:

  • Licenciatura en Química, Ingeniería Química o afines

  • Técnico Superior Universitario en Química o carrera trunca o terminada en Química, Ingeniería.

  • +3 Años del Experiencia profesional.

  • Comprensión de lectura en inglés

  • Experiencia en Cromatografía de Líquidos y/o de Gases, incluyendo Troubleshooting, Calibraciones, Mantenimiento preventivo de primera línea.  

  • Diferenciado manejo de ingles (conversación).

Factores críticos de éxito:

  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo

  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita

  • Manejo efectivo de conflictos

  • Habilidades para de priorización y organización de tareas

  • Manejo de SAP, Office y programas de análisis estadísticos

  • Conocimiento en procedimientos de laboratorio y métodos analíticos

  • Manejo de equipos de laboratorio (potenciómetro, viscosímetro, balanza, espectrofotómetros, cromatógrafo de líquidos y/o gases).
