Manage probation period evaluations and process flow
Process employee terminations in Workday
Training & Development
Deliver HR training programs for store teams
Act as a facilitator for the Leadership Academy
Translate and prepare training materials
Manage performance review feedback cycles
Maintain and update training content and materials (e.g., Skechbook for stores)
