The Senior HR Analyst will be responsible for driving Talent Acquisition and Training initiatives, ensuring efficient hiring processes, high-quality onboarding, and consistent development programs aligned with business needs. This role acts as a key HR partner to support store operations and corporate areas.

Talent Acquisition

Align job requirements and candidate profiles with hiring managers

Manage job postings in Workday and external channels

Partner with recruitment agencies and external vendors

Conduct interviews and present qualified shortlists to managers

Prepare and extend offers, ensuring proper handoff to Payroll/HR Operations for hiring process

Lead onboarding processes for new hires (corporate and retail)

Manage probation period evaluations and process flow

Process employee terminations in Workday

Training & Development

Deliver HR training programs for store teams

Act as a facilitator for the Leadership Academy

Translate and prepare training materials

Manage performance review feedback cycles

Maintain and update training content and materials (e.g., Skechbook for stores)
