SOBRE A VAGA:
Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção Pleno Bilíngue (Espanhol + Inglês) para atuar no time de Talent da OLIVER, conduzindo processos seletivos para Brasil, México e Argentina, com foco em posições do ecossistema criativo/publicitário e apoio a implantações (ramp-ups) de novos projetos na região LATAM.
Atribuições:
- Conduzir processos seletivos end-to-end (alinhamento de perfil, triagem, entrevistas, shortlist, oferta e fechamento) para BR/MX/AR
- Realizar sourcing e hunting de talentos via LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse e outras fontes
- Conduzir entrevistas e alinhamentos em português, espanhol e inglês
- Apoiar contratações para formação de times em novas contas/projetos (ramp-ups), garantindo agilidade e qualidade
- Gerenciar pipeline e status das vagas no ATS (Greenhouse), garantindo organização e rastreabilidade
- Construir e nutrir pipelines para posições recorrentes e estratégicas
- Apoiar reports de recrutamento e melhoria contínua de processos e candidate experience
Requisitos:
- Experiência em recrutamento ponta a ponta
- Espanhol fluente (obrigatório)
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório)
- Domínio de LinkedIn Recruiter para hunting/sourcing
- Experiência com ATS (Greenhouse ou similar)
- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos processos simultaneamente em ambiente dinâmico
- Boa comunicação, organização e sensibilidade cultural para atuar com diferentes mercados LATAM
