Responsibilities The Opportunity The main purpose of this role is to ensure the availability of concentrate for beverage production in Colombia. This requires guaranteeing the concentrate purchasing process, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating all concentrate supply chain processes: import, storage, distribution and sales to the bottler. Your Impact The SC Ops Analyst role has the following responsibilities: PURCHASE (Imports). Ensuring optimal concentrate purchases and inventory coverage within the S&OP process. Concentrate import management of all Colombian beverage brands valued at US 4.5 MM per month Coordinate transportation to warehouse (CSD) and to bottler plants (NCB). (Making decisions,being informed, providing consultation and executing actions) Coordinate the product arrival to the warehouse. (Making decisions and Executing actions) Generate PO in SAP for CSDs, NCBS. (Executing actions) Approve supplier billing (Customs, Transportation and Logistics Operator), . (Making decisions,being informed, providing consultation and executing actions). SALES (Invoicing) Plan the monthly concentrate distribution based on the bottler's requirements. Purchase order per month valued at US 8.0 MM. (Making decisions,being informed, providing consultation and executing actions) Crear order cycle in SAP that include order, picking (according to FEFO policy) and billing. (Making decisions and Executing actions) Coordinate dispatches between warehouse and transportation (Executing actions) Generate unit and billing reports. (Executing actions) Create new SKUs in SAP for all beverage brands. (Executing actions) Execute SOX controls: Double counting of picking and warehouse dispatch. (Providing consultation and executing actions). INVENTORY Manage concentrate inventories valued per month at about US$ 2.5 M, guaranteeing product availability and minimum lost inventory. Physical inventory count and monthly inventory conciliation between warehouse and SAP Pepsico ensuring there are no inventory differences (Making decisions, being informed, providing consultation and executing actions) Report transits and expiration risk alerts, ensuring that risks are provisioned and expirations are avoided. (Executing actions) Execute SOX controls: Physical inventory. (Providing consultation and executing actions). OTHER Analyze and provide visibility of supply chain KPI's (Analyzing and executing actions) Identify and activate productivity projects and improvement of Supply chain processes. (Planing and executing actions) Support and costing of area projects such as new finished product import businesses. (Executing actions) Responsible for SST control for contractors related to the area's concentrates. (Providing consultation and executing actions). Send documentation to ANDI with requirements for plastics placed on the market. Support in internal and external audits. These responsibilities affect different internal stakeholders such as Operations, Franchise, Finances, Control, Treasury, AP, AR and Marketing, and external stakeholders such as the bottler (Postobon), warehouse, transportation, customs agents, foreign suppliers (Uruguay, United States and United Kingdom). Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 4+ years of experience in supply chain. Experience in import management and knowledge in international trade (Incoterms, Freights, Customs). Experience in inventory management. Knowledge in supply chain planning and data analysis Outsourced logistics administration Knowledge in software management: SAP, Office, etc. Knowledge in excel and dynamic tables Work under pressure.
