Analista de Crédito e Cobrança Sênior

Objetivo da Posição:

Gerenciar e executar o processo de contas a receber da empresa, garantindo operações eficientes por meio do monitoramento contínuo do status da conta, atribuição precisa de limites de crédito e aplicação de políticas corporativas alinhadas à capacidade de pagamento e perfil de risco do cliente. O objetivo é minimizar o risco financeiro e otimizar o capital de giro, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade e liquidez da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar análises detalhadas de crédito (balanço financeiro, demonstração de resultados, fluxo de caixa) e definir limites de crédito.
  • Gerenciar a liberação de ordens conciliando contas e validando saldos pendentes.
  • Monitorar os indicadores de AR (% Atual / DSO / Envelhecimento) e proponha ações preventivas e corretivas.
  • Negociar acordos de cobrança e realizar processos extrajudiciais de recuperação (e-mail, telefone, visitas).
  • Prestar suporte à equipe comercial e liderar comitês mensais de reuniões para monitorar as cobranças.
  • Garantir conformidade com políticas internas, requisitos SOX e auditorias.
  • Apoiar projetos regionais e globais relacionados a crédito, cobranças e sistemas.
  • Interagir com as equipes de Comercial, Jurídico e Financeiro para alinhamento estratégico.
  • Suporte de Serviço Compartilhado México.
  • Auditorias internas e externas relacionadas ao suporte de contas a receber.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das regulamentações fiscais e contábeis brasileiras aplicáveis.
  • Backup para a região do LAS.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência em créditos e cobranças, preferencialmente em uma empresa multinacional.
  • Habilidades: Excel Avançado, ERP (Oracle), Power BI.
  • Idiomas: inglês intermediário e espanhol são desejáveis (para comunicação com clientes internacionais e relatórios globais).
