About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to drive the scaling of Seamoretech’s pilots and commercial deployments. This role is crucial to bridge technical development with execution, ensuring efficiency across engineering, supply chain, and business operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the operational roadmap from pilot validation to commercial scale.

- Oversee supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships.

- Implement operational processes and KPIs to ensure on-time delivery.

- Coordinate with the CTO, CEO and technical team to align operations with strategic goals.

- Manage and grow a cross-functional operations team (engineering, logistics, support).

- Support market entry execution in Spain, Portugal, and later Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in operations, industrial project management, or scaling hardware startups.

- Strong understanding of supply chain and process optimization.

- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Strong communication in English; Portuguese/Spanish a plus.
