ALTERNANCE - E-Commerce Assistant H/F - SALOMON

Within Salomon’s e-commerce department, our future apprentice will mainly support the e-visual merchandiser in developing the animation plan for salomon.com and implementing merchandising strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. E-merchandising – Campaign deployment on salomon.com:

  • Monitor the activation calendar and receipt of assets and content

  • Implement activation campaigns: create and optimize landing pages, create visual merchandising elements, select products

  • Coordinate with the Acquisition teams for the deployment of key campaigns across different channels

  • Participate in the rollout of promotional campaigns

  • Contribute to the ongoing optimization of the site through various merchandising actions: sort order, cross-sell, internal search

2. KPI analysis and tracking:

  • Analyze merchandising and product/category performance

  • Benchmark competitors during key promotional periods and track the prices of our key products on competitor e-tailers

  • Monitor e-commerce trends to identify inspirations and best practices

3. Digital projects:

  • Deploy articles on catalog pages in collaboration with the Content team

  • Assist with testing and quality checks of technical developments before launch

  • Continuously monitor site changes and create IT support tickets for any observed bugs

  • Education: Bachelor’s +4/5 level, from a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft skills: You are autonomous, rigorous, curious, and enjoy working in a team. You have an interest in the outdoor and digital sectors. A passion for sports is required.

Work visa required for international student

Desired start: September 2026
Duration: 12–24 months
