Alpha Data Services EMEA Product Delivery, Managing Director

London, London March 25, 2026 Full Time Phenom

The EMEA ADS Product Delivery Lead is a senior role responsible for bridging Product development and client delivery functions across software and data services. The position ensures early identification, planning, and management of product dependencies, enabling predictable, strategic, and scalable delivery across the EMEA region. Working closely with Solutioning, Data Architects, and cross‑functional Product teams, the role embeds consistent processes, improves dependency governance, and reduces reactive build. It also drives global standardisation of delivery practices and contributes insights to the Product roadmap based on implementation experience and operational feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge the strategic‑to‑delivery gap by ensuring product strategy is consistently translated into EMEA implementation plans, preventing late‑stage solution gaps or reactive build.
  • Reduce misalignment between client requirements and Product strategy by identifying issues early, enforcing strategic guardrails, and improving dependency visibility. (e.g., scope gaps, late landing build needs, and CUAT dependencies)
  • Strengthen organisational consistency and predictability by aligning cross‑functional teams to a unified delivery model, shifting away from bespoke, reactive execution.
  • Provide structured connectivity between ADS and other Alpha Product teams to ensure coordinated build planning, timelines, and dependency management—reducing ad‑hoc pull on Product and Practice leads.
  • Review, define, and scale repeatable processes for tracking, reporting, and communicating product dependencies into delivery, ensuring a stable, consistent operating model.
  • Partner across groups to embed global, standardised processes aligned with ASIS frameworks; ensure adherence and continuously evolve practices based on lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with Data Solution Architects to input into future Product roadmaps based on delivery experience and feedback; contribute to roadmap reporting and visibility frameworks to strengthen planning into client programmes.
