The Screen-out Element for this position is: The ability to perform aircraft maintenance and repair, which includes (1) interpreting technical specifications, drawings, and manuals; (2) installing, aligning, adjusting, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and components; and (3) using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to verify work and complete functional checks.
