Our centralized teams support a wide range of functions, from operations and property services to finance, technology, architecture, HR, and more, working together to ensure efficiency, innovation, and excellence across the organization.Position Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated AI Software Engineer who can help us design, build, and scale internal automation tools and AI-driven workflows.This role will focus on integrating modern AI platforms (such as Claude and other LLM providers) into real business processes, including document automation, data processing, workflow orchestration, and operational tools.You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop internal software tools and automation workflowsIntegrate AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI APIs, etc.) into production systemsBuild scripts and backend services to automate document generation, data extraction, and workflow approvalsDevelop integrations between platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, Property Management systems, etc.)Work on prompt engineering, AI reliability, and workflow optimizationImprove performance and scalability of automation systemsTroubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing codebasesCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and product stakeholdersQualifications & Skills:English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required (C1 or C2 level of proficiency).5+ years experience as a Software Engineer / Automation Engineer / Backend EngineerStrong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScriptExperience working with APIs and building integrationsExperience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with version control systems (Git)Ability to independently design and deliver technical solutionsPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience working with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM toolsExperience in prompt engineering and AI workflow designExperience building automation using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom orchestrationFamiliarity with document automation / PDF generation / OCR toolsExperience integrating with Slack, Google Workspace APIs, or enterprise SaaS platformsExposure to DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)What We Offer: Professional Growth: Opportunity to build real AI systems used in daily business operations Ownership: High ownership and direct impact on company scalability Compensation: Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience Contract: In accordance with Kosovo Labor LawOffice Location: PrishtinaSchedule: Monday–Thursday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
