AI Project Manager

Are you someone who likes to guide projects from idea to real impact? At Projective Group, we’re looking for a Project Manager AI who wants to help implement Generative AI in financial institutions. If you can drive AI projects, manage risks, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable results, we’d love to meet you. 

You’ll contribute to impactful projects for top-tier financial institutions, including initiatives such as AI‑powered KYC solutions, multi‑agent OKR performance management, and payment process improvement projects, supported by AI‑based transformation office toolkits. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to work on internal AI projects within our AI Lab, such as an employee servicing chatbot, proposal assistant, and staffing assistant, allowing you to apply and further deepen your hands‑on experience in implementing and scaling GenAI solutions.

What will you do?  

• Guide end-to-end delivery of AI and GenAI projects 

• Define and deliver realistic AI implementation roadmaps 

• Manage cross-functional delivery teams 

• Own project milestones, budget, and risks 

• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance standards 

• Bridge business and technical stakeholders 

• Coordinate vendors and technology partners 

• Oversee AI adoption, leveraging your knowledge of change management to guide teams effectively. 

• Measure and communicate realized impact
