Your Responsibilities

Lead the expansion and development of our AI domain, with a focus on strategic business growth and AI-driven innovation.
Build and nurture strong client relationships by identifying opportunities to apply AI for real business value.
Take full ownership of AI project execution, from discovery and strategy to solution delivery and business impact.
Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and hands-on culture rooted in real-world AI solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand, adopt, and scale AI within their organizations.
Play a key role in the leadership team, contributing to Datashift’s vision and strategic direction.
Collaborate with senior management and industry experts to define a roadmap for our AI offering, aligned with market trends and client needs.
Represent Datashift and the AI domain externally with credibility, vision, and technical/business insight.
