AI Growth Lead

Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by global brands, we're scaling fast across music and culture. We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Growth Lead to own growth end-to-end across Influur. This is not a role for someone who needs step-by-step direction. This is a role for someone who sees a problem, designs a solution, executes it, automates it, measures it, and improves it , with AI as a core operating layer. You will own acquisition, attribution, activation, lifecycle, and optimization across both sides of our marketplace: -Brands -nfluencers / Creators You’ll work closely with the CEO and product team, with real ownership, autonomy, and impact.
