As an AI Engineer, employee will design and build AI-driven microservices, integrate with enterprise LLM platforms, and deliver scalable, secure, and containerized solutions using OpenShift and Azure. You will work across backend, frontend, and DevOps boundaries to ship high-quality, production-ready AI capabilities

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

Must Have:

• Build AI-enabled microservices integrating with enterprise LLM providers (Azure OpenAI and others)
• Design RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, document retrieval, and semantic search
• Implement prompt orchestration, model routing, and evaluation frameworks
• Work with vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant ,Redis Stack, Pinecone, etc.) and retrieval systems
• Optimize inference performance with batching, streaming, caching, and async flows
• Build scalable AI interfaces using gRPC, protobuf, and REST, SOAP
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define AI integration patterns and reusable components
• Automate AI model integration workflows and assist with MLOps-style versioning and deployment
• Drive observability for AI services: latency, drift, evaluation metrics, and quality scoring
• Build backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot/Quarkus), Spring Framework, Node.js and Golang (bonus)
• Develop front-end internal tooling using ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Model and manage relational data using PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB migrations, indexing, performance tuning
• Containerize and deploy apps using OpenShift, Helm/Kustomize, and GitOps practices. Experience deploying workloads on OpenShift and/or Azure
• Operate applications on Azure: ACR, Key Vault, Monitor, Load Balancing, IAM
• Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with automated testing, quality gates, and security scanning
• Implement observability (metrics, logs, traces) using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenTelemetry
• Ensure compliance, secure coding, secrets management, and SBOM/container security
• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams, managing work items, sprints, and delivery workflows using Jira for planning, tracking, and collaboration

Nice to Have:

• Event-driven architecture (Kafka)
• GPU/accelerated AI inference experience
• Knowledge of security best practices in AI systems
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications
