What you’ll achieve
We are seeking a Software Senior Principal Engineer to help shape the future of our intelligent systems. This role is designed for a versatile engineer who thrives in the "grey area" between raw data and finished AI products. You will be responsible for driving the architectural vision of our AI initiatives while ensuring the underlying data foundation is robust, secure, and high-quality.

You will:
Steers AI coding agents to develop customer solutions
Responsible for maximizing throughput and code quality
Review and refine Agent output and ensures it remains faithful to the technical design plan
Identify and build agentic test suites and solutions

Essential Requirements
10+ years of software development experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly.
Strong development/programming experience in .NET, Modern Cloud Technologies. Advanced system design knowledge and experience
Knowledge of latest trends in AI technology, ability to keep up and utilize the changing technologies as they emerge. Advanced skills in debugging and root-cause.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Strong sense of drive and curiosity, self-starter
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
