Responsibilities Strategic planning and facilitating creation of AOP for the Agro dept. in line with sector sustainability team Implement Regenerative agricultural goals over Planted areas of direct supply Deliver Water Use Efficiency improvement and Lead water global targets best practice for both inhouse and contracted volume lead partnership and deliver for small holder grower Execute Green House Gases (GHG) agenda for Agro commodities suppliers, Accountable for support of data entry compliance, verification, and trend analysis on an as needed basis of other PepsiCo Sustainability goals Sustainable Farming Initiative (SFP &/or Water) Accountable for internal and external communication/report generation of key findings and roadmaps from GHG projects. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Agro / Engineering/ Science Strong and demonstrated project management experience, particularly projects involving multiple external partners Stakeholder management skills Experience in Agro, Supply chain is preferred Fluent in English and Arabic languages. Overall Experience 6-8 years.
