Customer Service & Sales Representative We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Agent to manage inbound calls, assist customers, and support the full commercial cycle—from quoting to reservation management. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and offer clear guidance on products and services. • Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and follow up to close sales. • Prepare and send quotations; proactively follow up to finalize deals. • Proficient with digital tools including office software, Gmail, Google Workspace, CRM/ERP systems, and online platforms. • Comfortable navigating internal systems. • Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Required Skills: • Experience in phone sales and customer service managing inbound and outbound calls. • Skilled in CRM/ERP system management for tracking clients, quotes, and reservations. • Digital proficiency with Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel, and online platforms. • Strong organizational skills including scheduling and workflow management. • Clear, professional, and persuasive written communication.
