Job Description

The NA sales manager provides technical support and direct customer engagement to ensure order winning in their region or sub-region. Responsible for working with UK based engineering and delivering in country technical/commercial capability to ensure the order intake target (at margins that support business growth) is achieved. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve long-term sales and company growth.
Builds high level relationships with existing and new customers; including relevant technical teams/departments.
 

  • Manage existing customer relationships 
  • Liaise with wider FES organization on produce scope and requirements 
  • Ensure margin targets are managed with sales orders  
  • Identify new sales opportunities 
  • Support the order winning in the relevant region or sub-region 
  • Achieve order intake target at margins that support business growth
  • Develop technical/commercial relationships with decision makers, within both existing and new customers to drive preferred supplier status
  • Promotes and sells the company's products and services while defining strategies
  • Works with UK based engineering teams to develop order winning technical submissions and proposals
  • Supports the negotiation with customer and order winning team
  • Drives improvement in the front-end engineering bidding process to ensure minimal cost and maximum profit.  Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue for sales team and develops plan to ensure revenue growth is achieved for all products.
  • Drives and promotes engagement with the Heatric Services across all market segments.
  • Develops and executes robust Key Account Management Plans and campaign plans for key opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
  • Background in sales, detailed understanding of Air Filtration for Gas Turbines

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar oil and gas environment and role

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range:  $88,000 to $139,850 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
