After Sales Process Intern
Work in collaboration with the Engineering and Quality teams to support customers with inquiries and complaints. Review current After Sales workflows and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations. Review and revise existing procedures to ensure they accurately reflect current practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and clarity in all processes. Identify trends in order data, analyze customer feedback and work alongside the Operational Excellence team to identify opportunities for system automation. Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual tasks. Develop automation for after sales order tracking to complete the project cycle. Identify opportunities to streamline processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
