Affiliate Manager (m/f/x)
We are looking for a data driven and motivated Affiliate Partnership Manager to join our paid marketing team. In this role, you won’t just be managing a list of partners; you will be the primary architect for our affiliate expansion. We need a proactive “hunter” who can balance the art of relationship building with the science of performance data to turn our affiliate channel into a top-tier revenue driver.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Ownership & Scaling: Manage the full scope of the Affiliate channel, including budget management and strategic planning, optimize partner performance to achieve the target ROI
Relationship Management: Scout, onboard, and manage a high-performing portfolio of affiliates, using sharp negotiation skills to secure long-term, mutually profitable alliances
Feed & Creative Management: manage and optimize product feeds to ensure data accuracy across platforms and curate high-converting creative kits that empower partners to represent the brand effectively
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze LTV, conversion paths, and revenue data to identify untapped growth pockets and communicate strategic recommendations directly to the leadership team
Cross-Channel Performance Agility: leverage your performance marketing background to support and execute campaigns on core paid channels (e.g., influencer) based on departmental priorities and high-growth opportunities
